PROJECT DESCRIPTION: To carry out Material Alterations and Change of Use to an existing mid-terrace three-storey building, from vacant commercial use to residential use: to provide 5 no. new apartments (No. 67 Market Street). Proposed work also includes converting an existing two-storey building to 4 no. two-storey townhouse maisonettes (No. 65 Market Street).
